Broadmeadows Early Learning Center

We are a dedicated and passionate team of professionals’ with many years experience in the early childhood industry. We commenced our journey back in the year 2000 in NSW, starting our very first 14 place centre and soon after constructing our very own brand new state of the art centre of 58 children in the Sydney suburb of Auburn. From then on we continued to grow strong & steady branching out to other locations and finally settling in Melbourne Victoria from 2017.

Our services have operated privately and successfully since commencement in 2000 with the support and commitment from our families and the local community.

Our service is approved for 93 children per day from ages newborn to 6yrs old. We are proud to be part of a community of rich Diverse cultures and ethnicities.

Leila Alameddine: Founder/Approved Provider and Manager: I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and a strong passion towards the delivery of quality Early Childhood Education & Care. My role as an approved provider, operator and manager is to ensure the overseeing of every day operations of the service. I am committed to ensure full compliance with the Law and Regulations and ensure children are cared and educated in a safe and nurturing environment.

My role as an Approved Provider, operator and Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations that consist of compliance and performance in all areas under the National Quality Standards. I am committed to ensure total compliance with the Laws and Regulations and ensure children are protected and Educated in a safe and nurturing environment.

Abdul Alameddine

Builder/ WHS Supervisor: holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and has been involved in the overall building and maintenance of the centres since operations commenced in year 2000. Abdul often spends time in the services engaging and interacting with children, families and staff to provide further support. Apart from that his job is to a the assess the safety and security of the premises while also attending to the little handyman jobs in order to keep environments safe and secure.

With 27 years of experience in the education and care sector, I am the Approved Provider and owner of our early learning centre, dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life. My role spans the full responsibility of leading a compliant, high-quality service — from strategic oversight and governance to the everyday culture of care that shapes our children's experience.
Child safety sits at the heart of everything I do. I ensure our policies, practices, and people consistently meet and exceed the National Quality Standard, so that every child is protected, respected, and given the right to be heard.
I believe genuine family collaboration is essential to quality care. I work closely with families — understanding their needs, connecting them to support where required, and building relationships grounded in trust and belonging.
Equally, I am committed to developing a passionate, qualified team, investing in mentorship, training, and professional growth so our educators are equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for children every day.
Above all, I am dedicated to regulatory excellence, ensuring our service remains a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children, families, and educators can all thrive.

With four years of experience in childcare and 25 years in hospitality, I am passionate about providing high-quality, nutritious meals aligned with the Australian Dietary Guidelines. I believe that quality nutrition starts with cooking from scratch, using fresh ingredients and minimising processed foods.

I speak Nepalese, and I value the rich cultural diversity that our families bring to our service. I am deeply committed to supporting children’s learning through meaningful experiences, connections to their community, and strong relationships with their peers. Every day, I work to create an environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to explore. Child safety is embedded in all our practices from daily routines to learning experiences ensuring every child is protected, respected, and supported. I believe that working in partnership with families is essential to children’s ongoing learning and development. By building warm, trusting relationships, I ensure that each child’s strengths, culture, and individuality are celebrated and reflected in our program.

I build respectful, trusting relationships with families and form meaningful partnerships with communities, always upholding the rights of every child to receive safe, dignified, and respectful care. I am fluent in Arabic and proud to contribute to our rich cultural diversity. I advocate for every child’s right to education and care, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and children with additional needs. My leadership is grounded in child safety, cultural inclusion, and a commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, protected, and supported.
