Fee Structure and Child Care Subsidy Statement

Our fee structure is designed to be transparent, consistent, and supportive of families accessing highquality early childhood education and care. Fees are set annually and reflect the cost of providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment staffed by qualified educators who meet all regulatory and quality requirements.

Daily Fees

Families are charged a daily fee for each booked day of care. This fee covers:

All educational programs and experiences
Learning resources and materials
Meals and snacks (where applicable)
Administration and operational costs
Compliance with the National Quality Framework

A full list of current fees is available in our Fee Schedule.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a government payment that helps eligible families reduce the cost of early childhood education and care. CCS is administered by Services Australia and is based on:

Family income
Activity level (e.g., work, study, training)
The type of care used
The child’s age

Once approved, CCS is paid directly to our service and applied to your account as a fee reduction. Families are responsible for paying the gap fee, which is the difference between the daily fee and the CCS amount.

The 3 Day Guarnatee

The 3Day Guarantee is an Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) measure that started on 5 January 2026. It helps eligible families access at least three days of subsidised childcare per week.

The 3Day Guarantee ensures that Child Care Subsidy (CCS)–eligible families can access a minimum of 72 hours of subsidised early learning per fortnight (often referred to as three days per week). This change supports families by providing more consistent access to care and early education, regardless of work or activity levels.

What the 3Day Guarantee means for families

Families eligible for CCS can access at least 72 hours of subsidised care per fortnight
Some families may be eligible for up to 100 subsidised hours per fortnight, depending on circumstances
The Guarantee supports:
Gradual returns to work
Maintaining a regular care routine
Continued access to early learning during changing family circumstances

What the 3Day Guarantee does NOT change

It does not change your CCS percentage
CCS rates are still based on family income and eligibility
Families may still be required to pay a gap fee

Gap Fees

Families must pay the gap fee weekly or fortnightly, depending on their chosen payment cycle. Gap fees must be kept up to date to maintain enrolment.

Enrolment and CCS Requirements

To ensure CCS is applied correctly, families must:

Have a confirmed enrolment in their myGov account
Keep all CCS details up to date with Services Australia
Report any changes to income, activity hours, or family circumstances
Sign their child in and out each day using the approved method

If CCS is not approved, expires, or becomes inactive, full fees will be charged until the matter is resolved.

Absences and Public Holidays

CCS applies to absences within the allowable limit set by the government. Fees are still charged for booked days, including public holidays, as the position is held exclusively for your child.

Late Fees and Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

Late collection of children
Late payments
Special events or excursions (where applicable)

These charges are outlined in our Fee Schedule.

Commitment to Transparency

We are committed to ensuring families understand their fees, CCS entitlements, and account statements. Our team is available to support families with:

Understanding CCS
Navigating myGov
Reviewing statements
Updating enrolment details
